Together, we will create a better world through sport. Join us. What You'll Do Commercial and category/product support for the Wilson Racket business in EMEA. The Commercial Manager drives the channel and customer analysis in EMEA to define the best actions to grow our business per channel. Enables the sales team to achieve the categories KBD KPIs. Develops commercial actions for EMEA in line with global and regional commercial strategies. Then drives the programs with the guidance of the Senior Regional Commercial Manager to hand-over to Sales Teams to execute. The Commercial Manager leads specific actions under the commercial scope: S&OP reviews, targeted interactions with the Global Team and projects defined by his/her manager. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Be a regional (EMEA) expert in understanding category ranges, key products, distribution, end user benefits and price/value relationship. Owns the commercial plans on an aligned set of categories with the RCM (strings, bags…TBD) Validates the regional (EMEA) range plan (CRA) / mix to the consumer and channel target opportunities. Builds market understanding thru field visits both at TM and KA level. Partner with Sales, Operations, Demand, DSC on forecasting and inventory planning, especially to ensure the right depth supports the assortment plans. Planning and implementing “EOL” / Old Inventory and closing out strategies to manage inventory level. Lead monthly EMEA S&OP calls with HQ to share updated state of business, forecasting, demand plans. Generate reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights for decision-making and create opportunities to support Sales Teams. Work with databases, spreadsheets, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to ensure data accuracy and usability. Create new business tools in coordination with Sales Ops and KAMs to facilitate the business (Key Account Order Form) Ensure TMs have the right tools to convert retailer demand into sales. Update and maintain the EMEA product range within the TM assets (Catalogue & Price List – Partnership regarding workbook). Assess opportunity to create a KA tool for pre-order (w/ Sales Ops) Provide relevant consumer insights and product opportunities that can be integrated in the future line planning. Support sales meetings thru product expertise, i.e. Key Account sell-in and Local Sales Meetings. Lead Product & Commercial Meetings with specific accounts as per the alignment with the manager Partner with Sales Ops / Demand / Supply team to set up EMEA range plans in the system (GRM Set-up and maintenance) Regular communication with DSC warehouse to ensure smooth delivery schedules for customers, prepare key launches, maximize monthly outbound. Ensure smooth operational deployment in-market and ensure principled channel & customer segment inventory allocations; on-time preparation of full detailed seasonal catalogues (products, IDs, descriptions, pictures); interact with Global to make sure products are being set up in systems; excess inventory lists aligned with supply; & B2B tool check-up on full set up for smooth deployment to customers and sales teams. What We're Looking For This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field plus 3 or more years of experience in a similar category/merchandising/product management role. Other qualifications include: A proven track record in a similar category/merchandising/product management role Product Knowledge (Tennis / Padel) Strong analytical and Excel skills Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure Ability to influence and build strong working relationships Strong communication/ influencing skills to manage key stakeholders Ability to travel 10-20%, domestically and internationally.
