Voxel Finance Manager
Summary:
The Finance Manager has to align Voxel's finance processes, tools, and systems with Amadeus standards. The position will serve as the Voxel point of contact for the Global Finance Template implementation for transactional finance activities and will upgrade non-transactional activities to the Amadeus standards (planning, reporting, business support, etc.). Once Voxel is integrated, the position will evolve to include Financial Planning and Analysis activities, such as budgeting, long-term planning, and financial reporting, as well as supporting the Commercial Finance team in the customer, partner, and product business cases process.
In this role you will:
Coordinate the alignment of Voxel's transactional finance processes, tools, and systems with Amadeus standards before GFT deployment. This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Accounting process (account mapping, aligning with Amadeus accounting policies)
2. Purchasing process aligned with Amadeus standards before Coupa implementation
3. Travel and expenses, including credit card process and travel reimbursement process
4. Payment process, ensuring compliance with the new Power of Attorney
Coordinating the alignment of other non-transactional finance processes not covered by GFT. These are mostly related to:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis
2. Commercial Finance activities such as Amadeus Planning Hub, Gross Margin Operating Plan project, Customer and Product Business case process, etc.
This includes some activities partially linked to GFT such as the implementation cost center structure, product revenues by product and link to the billing system, etc.
1. Serve as the local coordinator and main contact point on Voxel side for the GFT gap analysis (H1 2025), implementation (Go live 1st July) and stabilization (H2 2025).
In the long term (2026 and beyond), the position will be responsible for:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities: Budget, Long Term Plan, Financial reporting
2. Financial business support
3. Maintain and when necessary, upgrade the FP&A processes and tools
4. Local point of contact to support the Commercial Finance team in the customer, partner, or product business cases
About the ideal candidate:
1. Holds a university degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. An MBA would be an asset
2. 6-8 years of experience as an analyst in financial or business analysis roles or as an external or internal auditor
3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
4. Experience with Advanced SAP S/4HANA would be an asset
5. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Catalán
6. Good understanding of financial concepts
