We are seeking a strategic, go-to-market and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our construction products in the market.
This role will be responsible for positioning and promoting our product effectively by defining messaging, understanding customer needs, developing go-to-market strategies, and equipping sales teams with the necessary tools to succeed.
You will work cross-functionally with Global Product managers, Sales, local marketing, and Digital teams to execute marketing strategies that differentiate our product and drive growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Understanding regional customer requirements and industry trends
* Defining brand, pricing and channels, and creating competitive positioning and messaging
* Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for product launches and current range, collaborating with local teams to ensure success
* Analyzing product specifications to provide information to the global product management team, ensuring a correct roadmap for the region
* Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand
* Developing sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, product guides and product trainings
To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in home appliances & consumer electronics
* Strong understanding of GTM strategies, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning
* Experience with sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and demand generation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and competitive insights
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and local Marketing teams
* Experience in launching and promoting products in multiple regions is a plus
