Ozmunium International SL is a forest product trading company actively operating and not limited to the Mediterranean region. The main products being supplied are packaging paper, wood pulp and waste paper.
Tasks
* Supply chain: order intake from customers and placement with manufacturers. Arranging shipment, preparation of shipping documents, negotiation of documents, trade finance and finally account receivables.
* Working closely with the commercial team.
* Collaborate and negotiate rates with freight forwarders and international couriers.
* Database processing and management.
* Assist Supply Manager.
Requirements
* Bachelor Degree.
* Experience in logistics, international trade and commerce.
* Fluent in English, French and another language is a plus.
* Time management and good organizational skills.
* Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines
* Problem-solving skills.
* Teamwork Skills.
* Self-motivated and shows initiative to self-develop.
* Eager to learn new skills.
* Able to work remotely.
