CRM is offering a wide product portfolio to (cardiac) surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and electrophysiologists for state-of-the-art treatment of cardiac diseases.In this exciting opportunity as a Technical Consultant CRM, you will provide expert technical support in the hospitals’ operating rooms, as well as work with network of accounts, in order to expand the utilization of device therapies, diagnostics, and monitoring for the Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure disease management. You will also collect market intelligence data, follow, and report competition activities.For this remote position, the working territory will be Catalunya, Aragón and Balearic Islands, and you will be preferably located in Barcelona.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Provide technical support to physicians in the operating room in the hospitals during Pacemaker and Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator implants and Electrophysiology proceduresAdvise referring physicians on company products, therapies, and services to optimize patient outcomesBuild strong and lasting relationships with key decision makersEducate referring physicians on clinical evidence of defined therapies to demonstrate improved patient outcomesReport all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metricsCollate and report all customer feedback, product and legal issues, and customer complaints from product-related eventsCarry out all administrative duties, such as regularly providing activity reports to the Sales ManagerRequired Knowledge and Experience:University degree in Health sciences (biomedical engineering, electrical, IT, natural sciences, or other relevant degree)At least 5 years of experience minimum in the medical device industry including a hospital operation room environment, preferably with Cardiology devicesExperience developing relationships and demonstrated influence with cardiologists and other internal medicine specialties (nurses, technicians, etc.)Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) Clean driving license; Willingness to travel intensivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation, detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracyExperience in Cath lab procedures is highly valued, being self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision and proficiency in Catalan will be a plus.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
