An innovative digital services company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join its team. The company develops cutting-edge solutions to streamline operational processes, driving efficiency, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities:
* Oversee HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, offboarding, and internal changes.
* Ensure employment documents and HR practices are compliant with Spanish and Portuguese labor laws.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation to support audits and legal compliance.
* Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
* Manage benefits administration, including enrollments and employee support.
* Support compensation processes such as salary reviews and bonus cycles.
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
* Maintain and update HR systems and ensure the accuracy of HR data and reports.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and help enhance the employee experience.
* Contribute to regional and global HR initiatives, including systems upgrades and policy alignment.
Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR administration, ideally in Iberia.
* Strong understanding of employment law and compliance in Spain and Portugal.
* High level of accuracy in handling HR data, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, Jira).
* Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
