Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations, led by a passion for excellence, authentic adventures, and hospitality. We operate 600+ chalets, villas and apartments under 3 consumer brands: Emerald Stay (our 4-star brand), Bo House (our 5-star palace brand) and Verbier Exclusive (20 chalets in Verbier).
We are looking for a creative Content & Social Media Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing / CMO, who will lead and manage the creation, curation, production, publishing and amplification of content to drive brand engagement, awareness, visibility and revenue across all platforms.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (overview)
* Multilingual content strategy: Develop and implement content calendars for all channels, ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing and communications objectives.
* Social media management: Execute the content creation, management and publishing across all social platforms, ensure community engagement and analyse performance to optimise for future strategies.
* Multimedia production: Coordinate and produce high-quality video, photographic and written content, manage filming sessions and editing, while ensuring consistency with the brand image.
* Support the different departments of the company with any content they may need for various initiatives.
* Interdepartmental / intercompany collaboration and coordination: Work closely with other departments and Jewels (subsidiaries) to ensure content supports promotions, product launches and other initiatives.
* Project management and supervision: Plan and manage production schedules, budgets and resources, ensuring delivery of quality content within established deadlines and expected costs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Production
* Content curation: Tapping into various sources of content, maximise and repurpose content as much as possible to create an almost infinite pipeline of content.
* Video and photo production: Plan and execute filming sessions, edit videos and retouch photos to ensure high-quality visual content.
* Media project management: Coordinate with other teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure media content is aligned with promotions and product launches.
* Innovation and creativity: Explore new ideas and techniques to improve the quality and visual impact of content.
* Produce all content assets needed: web pages, articles, newsletters, social posts, brochures, and more.
Social Media Management
* Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Content programming: Plan and organise the editorial calendar to ensure a regular and relevant presence on all social channels.
* Content Creation: Design and produce various content formats, including text, images, videos, and photos, adapted to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
* Creation of campaigns with influencers, ambassadors or media - depending on opportunities.
* In collaboration with the Paid Ads Manager, creation and management of paid campaigns on social networks.
* Community interaction: Actively engage with the online community, respond to comments, and moderate discussions in a way that promotes a positive image of the brand.
* Performance analysis: Track and analyse the performance of different actions on social networks using analytical tools to optimise future strategies.
* Competitive intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay at the forefront of digital innovation.
* Grow the community of quality followers with a focus on engagement.
Jewels Content & Social Support
* Support all Jewels in the family on all of the above: content, social media, art direction.
* Work closely with marketing managers to ensure standards are met.
* Filter and edit content where needed in order to meet brand guidelines.
* Train team members on quality standards.
KEY INFORMATION ON THE POSITION
* Employment start: flexible, as soon as we find the right person.
* Work days and work hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00.
* We have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) - the rest of the time, it's up to you.
