Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team with client research, outreach, and follow-ups, order processing, and pipeline management.
o Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
o Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
* Industry Research:
o Develop and implement client research strategies, particularly focused on social media, to drive new business and industry awareness.
o Create, curate, and manage engaging client outreach content across various social media platforms.
o Monitor social media channels for client inquiries and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
o Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
* Internal Collaboration:
o Collaborate with Operations to align social media efforts with overall business strategies.
o Assist in creating promotional campaigns and new business strategies.
o Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and partnerships with creators and brands.
* Client Relationship Management:
o Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
o Assist in developing personalized client outreach programs.
o Support the execution of loyalty programs and promotional events.
* Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
o Manage appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
o Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Skills & Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
* Experience: Proven experience in sales support, client service, and social media management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic understanding of sales principles and client service practices.
