What you’ll do
* Create an accurate demand forecast based on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
* Utilize SAP APO and statistical forecasting to manage demand planning activities and ensure data integrity.
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and forecast accuracy metrics to improve demand quality and inventory levels.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans with business ambitions.
* Leverage Power BI and Excel Analytics to create reports for better decision-making.
* Monitor demand trends and highlight potential risks and opportunities.
* Support the implementation of demand planning best practices and process improvements.
* Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings, providing data-driven insights.
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Product Development and Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
* 1 year minimum experience in Demand Planning in a FMCG sector.
* Proficiency in SAP APO, SAP, and Power BI is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, power query, power pivot).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
