Job Description
We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management & Business Continuity Manager to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the future of the healthcare sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise risk management program. This includes coordinating the organization's efforts in building resilience and ensuring operating continuity through a comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
* Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of the BCM program.
* Facilitate and support regular risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIA), risk mitigation strategies, and response and recovery plans.
* Coordinate or conduct testing and simulation exercises.
* Provide training and awareness programs to foster a culture of business continuity throughout the organization.
* Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices, ensuring the organization's business continuity program remains compliant and up-to-date.
* Act as the central point of contact for the global BCM program, providing expert guidance and support to ensure alignment across business units.
* Support the global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program.
About You
* Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar).
* At least 4 years of experience in business continuity program design, implementation, and execution.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 22301.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge or experience with SAP and GRC IT systems is valuable.
* Demonstrated project management skills.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Must be proactive, results-oriented, and have attention to detail.
* Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to inspire high performance in others and align team members around shared goals.
* Be available to travel occasionally.
