Now we are looking for a Call Center Sales Representative who will play a pivotal role in expanding our global reach through warm client engagement, with a primary focus on the LATAM market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with leads to introduce our services and products.
* Conduct high-energy sales calls, focusing on converting interested leads into active traders.
* Provide expert guidance on trading, leveraging your own experience.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client queries and concerns.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency market.
Requirements:
* Experience in trading stocks, crypto and forex.
* Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Fluent in Portuguese, Brazilian.
* Conversational English skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
