Your Role as a Presales Engineer
* Work in the technical department with sales representatives to advise and counsel partners about security solutions.
* Deliver customized demos and presentations, conduct training and webinars, and provide technical advice and support for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work processes in the Enterprise environment.
* System and working methods.
* Creation of documents about progress on the job and achieved results.
* Checking the correct performance of installed equipment.
* Meetings organization with customers to showcase Fortinet SD-WAN solutions.
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment.
* Evaluation of equipment and systems.
* Installation or cooperation in the installation of systems.
* Analysis of the correct performance on assigned tasks.
* Troubleshooting.
* Creation of technical documents.
* Attention to client specifications requested in terms of requirements.
* Creation of guidance for the resolution of specific problems in configuration.
* Conducting trainings.
* Realization of models to show solutions and demos to clients.
* Carrying out proofs of concept appropriate to client needs.
* Making presentations of customized solutions to clients.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN solution.
* Experience with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate, and hands-on exposure to network management and security operations in FortiManager.
* Experience with FortiSwitches and FortiAPs would be an asset.
* Knowledge of switching & wireless communications, specifically FortiSwitch & FortiAP.
* Certifications in NSE4 FortiOS, NSE 5 FortiManager, NSE 6 FortiSwitch, NSE 5 Secure Wireless LAN, and NSE 7 SD-WAN would be appreciated.
* Experience dealing with partners and customers in network and security project development.
