Mission
The Senior Demand Planner and Business Analytics plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain. This role involves the leading of the entire Demand Forecast process, ensuring proper stakeholder engagement and communication, and the development and monitoring of Supply Chain KPI to identify opportunities for improvement and be the leader to make them happen.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the monthly S&OP meeting and the demand forecast for new product introductions.
* Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights.
* Lead collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations to adjust forecasts in response to changes in demand or market trends.
* Report important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies to the Manager and the top management, including Risk & Opportunities.
* Oversee the integration of the demand forecast into the replenishment plan.
* Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
* Develop and maintain Supply Chain key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Create and manage dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
* Utilize Power BI to analyze data and generate reports.
* Drive Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
* Proven experience with demand planning software (IBP) and a strong proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting methods.
* Proven experience with KPIs, dashboards, and Power BI.
* Experience in leading projects.
* 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
* High level of English and Spanish profiency.
