Requirements:
* Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
* Experience: 2+ years in financial management or controlling, preferably in industrial companies.
* Valuable Experience In:
* Financial planning & budgeting
* Quotations management & cost controlling
* Internal control/SOX compliance
* Cash flow management
Reporting & Leadership:
* Reports to the Engineering, SGA Controller, and Capital Planning.
* Collaborates with finance teams across division plants and the Valls Lear Admin Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and control investment projects in the Europe/Africa region.
* Support investment proposals and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Oversee approval and purchasing processes for investment projects.
* Monitor capital appropriations and budget alignment.
* Track overdue sales transactions for plants and the Valls Lear Admin Office.
* Assist teams with investment proposal preparation and documentation.
