As our new Performance Marketing Solutions & Insights Manager, you will play a key role in driving data strategy and insights within our Performance Marketing and Media teams. You’ll manage a team of four analysts; driving attribution, reporting, and data enablement processes, ensuring actionable insights inform strategic decisions.
YOUR MISSION
Lead and mentor a team of 4 business analysts, fostering growth and ensuring high performance. Own the planning, reporting, and OKRs definition of the team, tracking and ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time and with the desired quality. Own the development and implementation of reporting frameworks for deep performance KPIs (e.g., install-to-first-order conversion rates, ROI related KPIs, etc.). Manage attribution models, ensuring accurate tracking and performance optimization. Collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Product, and Business teams to ensure data flows seamlessly across platforms, enabling actionable insights. Provide leadership on data visualization strategies and ensure dashboards in Tableau are insightful, scalable, and user-friendly. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to attribution, event tracking, and deep links to optimize campaign performance. Drive performance and market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making. Promote a culture of data-driven strategy within the team, identifying innovative ways to leverage analytics in media and marketing operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, data analytics, or related fields, with a strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and insights generation.
2. Knowledge in SQL and experience working with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
3. Proven experience managing and mentoring teams.
4. Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
5. Expertise in event tracking, deep linking, and holistic attribution frameworks.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on pragmatic solutions.
7. Familiarity with key performance marketing metrics, and understanding which ones to focus on to bring value to the business.
8. Good understanding of the limitations on PM Data from privacy regulations to suggest solutions to overcome them.
9. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
1. Experience with marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
2. Knowledge of media buying and campaign optimization.
3. Familiarity with statistical models and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
4. Hands-on experience with mobile app analytics and building event-based tracking strategies.
