The role will be focused on Unilever Food Solutions (UFS), the foodservice unit of Unilever, operating in 76 countries with a Turnover of about €3 Bn and having the ambition to achieve €5 Bn by 2030. UFS provides products like Knorr Professional and Hellmann's, as well as training and trend reports for foodservice professionals; focuses on meeting today's needs and preparing chefs for future challenges through a streamlined product portfolio and trend-driven innovations. With a global reach and regional divisions, in Spain you will be a key partner in helping chefs adapt to industry changes, like shifting consumer behavior, staff shortages, and rising costs. JOB PURPOSE
Unilever Food Solutions Spain is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Sales Excellence & Operations department. This role is pivotal in driving our vision to be at the forefront of the Foodservice sector, delivering exceptional Customer Experience through a hybrid (digital and physical) engagement strategy that maximizes our data and knowledge of chefs and restaurateurs. As a key member of the Spain Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Managing Director of Unilever Food Solutions Spain and lead a talented team of over 10 individuals, including members from Business Insights, Data Analysts, Pricing, Execution, Capabilities, and Telesales. You will also play a crucial role in collaborating with global and European strategies, as Spain is a leading country in this role. If you have excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities and proficiency in both digital and physical customer engagement strategies then this role is just for you.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Drive significant double-digit growth by developing and executing innovative strategies that set new industry standards. Define and implement cutting-edge pricing policies and trade terms focused on Net Revenue Management to maximize profitability.
