The role of the Global Talent Acquisition Partner is to attract talent to our company. It is not easy to find. Our talent is either very niche or in over-fished markets. But we are effective, as we have a global network, a committed leadership team and a lot of ideas for the time to come!
The role
* As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you are recruiting talent for Global- and Managerial roles plus hard-to-fill positions.
* Use all channels and continuously adapt your tactics to different seniorities, geographies, and stakeholders' requirements. Cover the full bandwidth from quick solutions to challenging missions in different time zones.
* Engage in global HR and TA initiatives to learn and grow your career and be a link between our partners on site and the Headquarters.
* Advise our business and be a trusted brand ambassador executing the employer branding strategy.
* Sparring partner for candidates in supporting them taking important career decisions.
Your profile
* Experience: You bring over 5 years of recruiting experience, excellent sourcing skills and knowhow about complex searches, preferably from an international environment. If you have experience recruiting in the CDMO or life sciences sector, that’s a strong plus.
* Resilience & Adaptability: You are driven, reliable and you understand that recruitment can be a complex journey, and your ability to build strong, sustainable relationships will set you up for success. Resilience is one of your core traits.
* Language skills: You are fluent in both French and English (must-have criteria), with a good command of Spanish (as you will work in Spain). Additional languages are a plus.
* Tech-savvy: You’re familiar with different recruiting technologies and LinkedIn Recruiter and are excited to help shape the future of our Talent Attraction department.
* Educational background: A bachelor's or master's degree in HR or another relevant degree from higher education helps you to dive into this role.
