The impact you will have
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams and processes associated with the management of the organization's sales operations. Activities include planning, developing, and delivering the sales strategy for products & services; evaluating, measuring, and managing the product P&L; ensuring product volume/profit targets are met.
You will be responsible for administering multiple areas of Sales, including:
* Define the company`s strategy in collaboration with the General Management
* Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
* Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
* Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
* Participate in high-level commercial negotiations in close
* Coordinate, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
* Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
* Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
* Participate in Recruiting, hiring, and training sales team
* Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
* Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
* Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
* Coordinating with Marketing and other areas to perform global & local strategy
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* You will report to the Sales Director.

Relevant Experience and Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
* 5 years of experience in sales
* Experience in Medical Devices
* Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
* Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
* Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
