International Manufacturing Company with entities in Spain, North America, and Oceania.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will be:
Invoicing Process:
1. Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
2. Implement and maintain invoicing procedures and policies.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
4. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to resolve any invoicing issues.
Financing Partners Management:
1. Establish and maintain relationships with financing partners.
2. Negotiate terms and agreements with financing partners to ensure favorable conditions.
3. Monitor financing arrangements to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.
4. Ensure all financing documentation is accurate and up to date.
Cash Collection:
1. Develop and implement effective cash collection strategies.
2. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take action to reduce overdue accounts.
3. Coordinate with the collections team to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
4. Manage escalations and complex cases to ensure resolution.
Team Leadership:
1. Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support.
2. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
3. Develop training programs to enhance the skills of the team.
4. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Reporting and Analysis:
1. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including key metrics and performance indicators.
2. Conduct analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Continuous Improvement:
1. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
2. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in accounts receivable.
3. Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving financial operations.
