Role overview
We are seeking a digitally savvy and results oriented Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our customer acquisition and revenue generation efforts. You will be a key player in developing and executing innovative Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, nurturing leads through our extended sales cycle, and driving deeper engagement with our existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of ABM principles, excellent communication skills, and a data driven approach to caign optimization.
Only applicants who are based in Barcelona and hold a valid work permit for Spain will be considered.
Your Challenge
* Develop and implement ABM strategies: Identify and target key accounts, create personalized caigns, and leverage various channels (Linkedin, email, website, social media, content, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions.
* Orchestrate nurturing caigns: Design and execute sophisticated lead nurturing caigns for both prospects and existing clients, ensuring consistent and valuable communication throughout our extended sales cycle.
* Collaborate on content strategy: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports ABM initiatives.
* Drive customer advocacy: Develop strategies to increase adoption and engagement among our existing client base, turning them into loyal advocates for Flexidao.
* Monitor and analyze caign performance: Track key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data insights to continuously optimize caign effectiveness and ROI.
* Manage marketing budget and resources: Effectively allocate resources across different ABM initiatives and track spending to ensure alignment with growth goals.
* Stay ahead of the curve: Research and implement the latest ABM best practices, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Must haves
1. Proven experience: 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing or similar role, with a strong focus on ABM and lead nurturing.
2. Digital expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, and content marketing.
3. ABM proficiency: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful ABM caigns, including account targeting, personalized messaging, and multi channel engagement.
4. Data driven approach: Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience is a must have), A/B testing, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
5. Excellent communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
