EMEA Director of Sales
Lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets in the EU, UK, and India.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and anticipate roadblocks.
* Contribute to strategic planning, setting objectives, making critical decisions, and fostering team success.
* Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to executive management.
* Implement best practices, optimize operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
* Maximize sales effectiveness and manage functions essential to productivity while driving operational rigor and continuous improvement around the team, their pipeline, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
* 10 years' sales experience, including several years leading sales teams.
* Experience selling engineered components to robotics manufacturers.
* Channel/Distributor management experience.
* Experience managing inside/outside sales teams.
* Strong preference for an Academy sales background.
* Able to demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
