How you´ll make a difference
* Market Strategy & Growth
o Identify market needs, trends, and opportunities to shape our strategy.
o Develop and refine go-to-market plans, focusing on Europe and North America.
o Lead pricing and reimbursement strategies to maximize adoption.
* Partnerships & Business Growth
o Build and manage relationships with hospitals, stroke centers, and research institutions.
o Negotiate and develop partnerships that expand our market reach.
o Track and optimize partnership performance for long-term success.
* Sales & Market Adoption
o Identify and secure new business opportunities in key markets.
o Support our subscription model in Europe and pay-per-use model in the US.
o Represent ABCDx at conferences and networking events to drive visibility.
* Go-to-Market Execution
o Oversee product launch strategies and manage distribution partnerships.
o Track market entry performance, iterate, and optimize based on real-world data.

Requirements
Experience Level – 5 years of experience expected in healthcare commercialization or a related field. You understand healthcare sales, reimbursement systems, distributors, and commercialization.
Regional Expertise – You have worked with the European, the Arabic and/or North American market.
Technical Skills – Comfortable using CRM systems and data analytics to drive insights and efficiency.
Education – An MBA, experience in healthcare management, and a background in life sciences are highly valued.
You thrive in dynamic, self-managed environments. You don’t wait for instructions—you take initiative.
You’re both strategic and hands-on. You see the big picture but also roll up your sleeves to execute.
You’re a relationship builder. You know how to connect, collaborate, and create value for everyone involved.
