Description of the Department/Project:
The Operations team manages the logistics operations of a distribution center: receiving and storing stock (materials), preparing and shipping orders to final customers and other Schneider Electric logistics centers, all while ensuring our mission, which is to serve our customers in the time and manner expected by them, ensuring the necessary resources to meet the safety, quality, and efficiency standards set by the group.
What will you do?
We are looking for a profile to support the operations team by developing digital tools that facilitate decision-making based on the analysis of large volumes of data. Your main function will be to design, implement, and optimize technological solutions that improve operational efficiency and the accessibility of key information.
What will you learn?
* Design and develop digital tools for data collection, processing, and visualization.
* Implement solutions for automation and optimization of operational processes.
* Develop dashboards and interactive reports for data analysis.
* Integrate different data sources into a centralized platform.
* Identify needs with the operations and methods team and define technological requirements.
* Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of the implemented solutions.
If you are:
* Fresh graduate in computer science, data science, software engineering, digital tool development, and data analysis
* Able to start a 1-year program in May 2025
* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
* Experience in software development and data analysis
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Experience with relational and non-relational databases
* Knowledge in handling and processing large volumes of data
* Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
* Knowledge in process automation and ETL
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team and communicate with non-technical areas
* Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
* Adaptability to dynamic and changing environments
