DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant reporting to the General Secretary & member of the ExCom and the Head of Seila. You will provide support, helping them to manage their workload, organise their day and free up their time by providing administrative support, while leading a wider team of PAs.
What does your day-to-day look like?
* Effectively manage diaries and organise business travel & event management for Director(s) e.g., Conferences, Roadshows.
* Prepare meeting relevant documents as required including presentations and complex correspondence.
* Provide meeting support including note taking and production of accurate minutes post meeting.
* Manage, escalate/delegate business issues within the organisation chain with clear instructions & deadlines.
* Resolve low risk/short term business issues informing the Director(s) of action taken.
* Manage general expenses with regard to travel, event management & office sundries.
QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills and experience:
* Vast experience of similar roles or experience operating at Senior PA Level to meet minimum entry level requirements.
* Excellent knowledge of admin software e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & other appropriate in-house systems.
* Highly developed prioritisation & organisation skills.
* Excellent knowledge of the AXA organisation and appropriate Functions.
* Multi-lingual skills are desirable e.g., French.
* Highly professional approach coupled with high levels of confidentiality.
* Flexibility, adaptability & able to multi-task in a fast-paced commercial environment.
