The mission of this role
Provide expert legal guidance, ensuring the company complies with laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal advice across the Company in all areas (corporate, commercial, data protection, IP...) with a thoughtful legal perspective protecting company’s interests and ensuring enforceability.
* Draft a wide range of corporate documents and minutes required by the Company.
* Coordinate external legal counsels on specific matters and areas (IP, data protection, local advisors, etc).
* Work closely with all areas and departments on a day-to-day basis to provide pragmatic advice on a wide range of matters to ensure our interests are protected, including corporate governance, labour, finance, marketing development, among others.
* Prepare, review & draft a wide range of international commercial agreements: (NDA, distribution, agency agreements, supply agreements, general terms and conditions, etc.) ensuring that they are commercially and legally sound and in line with company objectives and context.
* Conduct legal research by using various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
* Giving support to the Legal Manager in all matters as required.
* Contract management, templates and guidelines. Proactively look out for ways to improve existing commercial agreements and corporate documents.
* Submission of legal documents to official entities and management of notarial signatures.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in law and a related Master's Degree (or equivalent qualifications).
* Responsible, analytical, versatile and curious.
* Communicative and collaborative individual.
* Able to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
* Good MS Office skills.
* Advanced English, Spanish and French level.
