About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Transcreation Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing transcreation projects for global clients, ensuring the highest quality of localized content that maintains the creative intent and tone of the original material. Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their transcreation needs across various projects and campaigns.
2. Coordinate transcreation projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
3. Liaise with clients, internal teams, and a network of translators and copywriters to ensure culturally relevant and engaging content.
4. Collaborate with creative, production, and linguistic teams to maintain brand consistency and creative excellence.
5. Review and provide quality assurance for transcreated content, ensuring it aligns with client guidelines and local market preferences.
6. Manage project timelines, workflows, and resources efficiently, adapting to shifting priorities when necessary.
7. Advise clients on localization best practices, cultural nuances, and advertising market trends in European regions.
8. Analyze project performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
1. Native-level fluency in English with exceptional language and communication skills.
2. Proven experience in account management or project management within the advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
3. Familiarity with transcreation, translation, and localization processes.
4. Strong understanding of cultural nuances and market-specific preferences in European markets.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
8. A client-centric approach with excellent relationship management skills.
9. Experience working with global brands and high-profile advertising campaigns.
10. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not required.
