Job Summary
Ensuring support for the sales force to achieve turnover targets applying specific and appropriate marketing strategies for own products competence and guarantees continuous support to the Commercial Management both in pre-sales and post-sales activities to achieve company objectives. In addition, clinical awareness and adoption of the Werfen solution increases in local market
Key Accountabilities
* Be responsible for the pre-sales planning of complex projects.
* Support the sales process in defining the most suitabletechnical solutions to be presentedto the customer.
* Carry out productpromotion activities towardscustomers to increase the visibility of the same on the market.
* Collaborate with the Line managerin acquiring the market needs useful for the development of the product or service so as to be able to improve and possibly design new ones.
* Participate in meetingswith the sales force .
* Plan, organize (in collaboration with the communication team), promote and actively participate in scientific events sponsored by Werfen (congresses, seminars, symposia) to strengthenscientific knowledge, image and establishthe Werfen solutions as a standardof patient diagnostic management.
* Actively participate in scientific days and events (seminars, local days) for strengthen the image of the company and promote products.
* Have continuous contact with the sales officein order to monitor the negotiations in course
* Organize and carry out, during the year, training sessionsfor Specialists of product, Area Sales Manager and Sales Specialist.
* Collaboratein the collection of data on competitors and market needs for improve product positioning and penetration.
* Organize presentations and communications of operational circulars.
* Implement the preciseand functional management of commercial archivesand the
marketing sector.
* Provide all necessary and updated marketing information and tools (e.G., presentations) to assist the BU in achieving its business objectives.
* Gain an understanding of technical aspects related to products and services.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position
* Qualification:
Universit Degree in Scienceor Engineering or technically oriented
* Experience:
at least2 years of experience in the role, preferably in the sector of in vitro diagnostics and / or medical sector
