About the role
Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for our Acquiring product across the globe. Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our dream team of Account Executives. A motivating leader experienced with performance management. A competitive, high energy, motivated individual who enjoys a challenge whilst acting with integrity at all times!

What you’ll be doing
1. Leading by example and selling directly to customers whilst coaching a team of up to 10 Product Sales Executives and owning all aspects of performance and development.
2. Managing your team’s performance to create a best-in-class sales team.
3. Coaching and supporting your team, creating best practices across the entire sales process.
4. Owning training and development for your team.
5. Taking responsibility for the team’s performance against targets, striving for record growth quarter upon quarter.
6. Driving activity on a daily basis.
7. Discovering growth opportunities within your market to help the team deliver on targets.
8. Creating a culture of high performance and living the Revolut values.
What you’ll need
1. Fluency in English.
2. 4+ years of experience within a similar role with at least 1 year of management experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. The ability to motivate and drive performance.
5. Experience working within a performance management culture.
6. Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales.
7. A keen interest in commencing a career in a high performing sales culture.
Nice to have
Fluency in any additional languages.
