We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Manager who will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and maintenance of the enterprise risk management program at Grifols SA. This role involves overseeing the identification, assessment and monitoring of risks that could impact the organization's strategic objectives.
The ERM Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure risk management practices are integrated into the organization's operations and will mentor and provide guidance to the ERM analysts and seniors.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the ERM framework, policies, and procedures.
* Lead the identification and assessment of risks across the organization, including operational, financial, strategic, cybersecurity, and legal and compliance risks, as well as emerging risks.
* Monitor and report on risk exposures and the effectiveness of risk management activities to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.
* Collaborate with business units to promote risk awareness and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
* Support the preparation of risk reports and presentations for senior management, the audit committee, and the board of directors.
* Develop and maintain the risk registers and risk management tools.
* Manage the crime prevention model.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
* Mentor and provide guidance to ERM analysts and seniors.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar).
* At least 4 years' Enterprise Risk Management experience. Big four experience is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Knowledge or experience with SAP (or other ERP) and knowledge of GRC IT systems are valuable.
* Demonstrated project management skills.
* Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Must be proactive, results oriented and have attention to detail.
* Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to inspire high performance in others and align team members around shared goals.
* Be available to travel occasionally.

What We Offer
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-9 approx to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
