Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and present annual sales plans to the Deputy General Manager for approval.
* Coordinate efforts with distributors and agents to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Build and maintain a structured agent network to serve and expand key client relationships.
* Monitor travel schedules and client visits, ensuring a significant portion of the sales team's time is dedicated to client interactions.
* Provide regular feedback to the sales team, with follow-ups to track and improve performance.
* Drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships in the French market.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Export Director, preferably within the sun protection or related industries.
* Proven track record in developing successful international sales strategies.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing team performance.
* Fluent English language skills; proficiency in French is highly valued.
* Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
* Ability to travel frequently for client visits and business meetings.
