Are you looking for an administrative role where you’ll be responsible for key processes in an international fashion company? At Samsøe Samsøe, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the control and maintenance of stock data, as well as monitoring our integrations with Business Central (ERP).
As part of our team, you will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across the company in a role where collaboration and efficiency are key. We are looking for a colleague to fill this newly created position, someone with a natural understanding of the flow of goods from development to phasing out.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of stock data.
2. Performing daily follow-ups on any oversold items and reporting issues to relevant stakeholders.
3. Conducting checks and troubleshooting in our ERP system and its integrations with Business Central.
4. Analyzing stock turnover rates and preparing sales lists and remaining stock reports.
5. Optimizing the placement of fast-moving items in the warehouse.
6. Contributing to identifying problem areas and implementing new processes.
PROFILE
We expect you to:
1. Be able to work independently and naturally incorporate structure into your workflow.
2. Have experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems, as well as proficiency in Excel for daily use.
3. Have a flair for data and the ability to work analytically.
4. Have a holistic understanding of the value chain, from purchasing to phasing out products.
5. Possess strong communication skills in both Danish and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders.
6. Having an understanding of the fashion industry and its dynamics is a plus.
7. Having experience from roles such as purchasing assistant, planner, or relevant data-focused education is a plus.
