About the role :
As a Junior Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and growing our brand presence—especially on Amazon—through strategic and performance-driven advertising. More than just managing campaigns, you'll act as a steward of our brand’s voice and visibility, blending data-driven decision making with creative execution. Working alongside our experienced marketing team, you'll lead initiatives across paid media channels, optimize SEO and content strategy, and translate performance insights into action. This role is a gateway to a full-time leadership position within our sales and marketing team, where your expertise in PPC and brand growth will directly impact our reach, relevance, and revenue.
Tasks
* Strategically manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to support overall brand growth and profitability across our product portfolio.
* Identify and leverage keyword and market opportunities to enhance visibility, drive conversion, and maintain efficient ad spend.
* Continuously analyze performance data to uncover trends, refine strategy, and ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns reflect brand positioning, voice, and promotional priorities.
* Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights, contributing to the broader marketing strategy and long-term brand development.
About you :
* Experience in Amazon whether with your own brand, a marketing agency, in-house brand or Amazon aggregator
* Proven track record of delivering search growth & efficiency, strategic leadership & commercial understanding
* Be able to manage and juggle multiple projects and brands at once
* Hands-on, highly organised, process and data-driven with a solution-oriented mentality
* Self-starter with confidence to build and manage things from scratch
* Fluent in English plus other European languages desirable, bonus if German
* Desire to work in a young & fast-growing start-up
