**Job Description:** Global Demo Analyst
The primary role of the Global HCM Demonstration Analyst is to manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of demonstration environments and strategies. The focus will be on the user's journey through storytelling, which will be supported in the demo persona(s). Document processes, how-to, and training to the SC community. Communication to the field on the status of the demonstration environment.
The Global Demo Analyst will work with sales, product management, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to assess the impact and planning of the demonstration environment. This includes ensuring peak sales effectiveness by collecting and incorporating sales field feedback into the demonstration environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Analysis activities to define the specifications for the effective construction of information systems, likely to meet the requirements of users.
2. Work with Product Management, Product Business Readiness, Technical teams, and key stakeholders to upgrade and evaluate the demo environment as new functionality is introduced.
3. Design and implement demo scenarios aligned with the value proposition for the product in conjunction with Service, Implementation, Country Solution Managers, Sales Operations, and Product Marketing.
4. Integrate demo environments and tools as required to show ADP product features.
5. Document procedures and job aids to assist Sales Consultants on usage of demonstration.
6. Develop, maintain, and validate a consistent and effective data set across the primary demo.
7. Review technical requirements supplied by Product Management to determine implementation of sales tools.
8. Perform first-line quality assurance for developed demos by confirming demo performance according to the approved script and use cases; ensure that the implemented functionality is thoroughly tested and delivered on time.
9. Prepare documentation such as installation and execution instructions, scripts, status reports.
10. Review monthly release & technical documentation to analyze and implement the configuration activities required for country-specific updates in demo environments.
11. Provide sustainable data models and solutions within the scope of the ADP product to satisfy customer requirements.
12. Work with implementation and product development teams around the globe to identify and report defects.
13. Manage stakeholder feedback to determine if adjustments are needed or new features need to be added. Develop and deploy product demonstration scripts that incorporate the appropriate marketing message, emphasize the ADP value proposition, and highlight key competitive advantages.
14. Communicate issues identified by sales to development, maintain an issue log to monitor resolution and validate the provided fixes.
15. Provide tier support backup as required for escalated demo environment issues.
16. Enrich and maintain internal site with new communications, documents, and relevant videos.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required.
* 4+ years of experience in Implementation/Service.
* Graduates/Postgraduates in Engineering or Computer Applications is an added advantage.
* Multilingual Capability (English C1) + any other European language.
* Proven experience in supporting international customers.
* Experience in delivering small and mid-size projects.
* Experience working with SAP Payroll System will be a massive advantage.
* Good knowledge of the Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment, alongside other energetic professionals.
