Job Summary The Account Executive is responsible for driving commercial revenue growth through strategic prospecting within a defined book of business. This role involves scheduling remote meetings identifying customer requirements and mapping solutions to meet those needs. You will maintain consistent customer contact through regular dials and meetings ensuring renewals customer satisfaction and collaboration with internal teams to build strong customer relationships leading to increased sales and quota attainment. Your role in our mission Prospect within a defined book of business and schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers. Prepare thoroughly for each sales call focusing on pre meeting preparation overcoming objections and post meeting follow up. Identify customer requirements and match them to appropriate Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling. Facilitate commercial contract renewals by supporting engagement efforts addressing concerns and collaborating with renewal teams to retain at risk customers. Sell solutions through prospecting networking and executing marketing initiatives to drive Iron Mountain sales and revenue growth. Own the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure collaborating with customer service operations and internal sales teams for a seamless customer experience. Leverage CRM and analytical tools to assess customer data and drive profitable growth. Build strong customer relationships understanding their organizational goals and acting as an industry expert. Valued skills and experience Ability to naturally close sales by driving next steps and overcoming objections leveraging strong consultative and negotiation skills. Full professional Norwegian language skills Consistent prospecting for new sales opportunities utilizing phone email and social selling strategies. Ability to qualify opportunities by uncovering decision making processes budget constraints and commercial motives.
