The Product Development and Support department at Diagnostic Grifols is seeking a Product Development and Support Specialist to join our team.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Tracking the defined strategy for system products, collaborating with Product Managers to drive the established objectives for new products, ensuring that the customer's voice is a key input in decision-making.
* Defining requirements for the products to be developed, gathering the needs of all stakeholders.
* Testing the instruments and middleware in development to detect errors and propose improvements.
* Investigating the scenarios described by Application Technicians who are in contact with the customer. You will resolve and respond to their questions and inquiries.
* Preparing and executing usability studies of the developed products.
* Designing and writing technical information for Application Technicians and conducting training courses on the portfolio.
* Writing user manuals for the developed products.
Who you are:
* You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or related field.
* You have 3 to 5 years of experience in product development, with knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry being a plus.
* Knowledge on donor screening and/or immunohaematology will be a plus.
* You have an advanced English level (C1.1).
* You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* You excel in teamwork and possess excellent communication skills.
