The Opportunity
Mission
As a vital member of the Demand Planning Team, your role is to follow up, support, and ensure the continuous improvement of the CPS-Collaborative Planning Process. This process involves offering new launches and promotions to Puig Markets and obtaining the necessary quantities to initiate production.
What you'll get to do
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that sales forecasts from markets for all launches, advertising, and promotional products are timely and accurate, thereby maintaining service levels and optimizing inventory.
Guarantee consistency between the demand plan and business figures, providing essential input to the Global & Strategic S&OP.
Participate in projects aimed at extending the process to new divisions or brands.
Key Tasks
Planning
1. Coordinate the global Collaborative Planning Process (CPS), adhering to established procedures and timelines for:
2. CPS Sessions: Periods during which we offer launches and promotions proposed by brands to markets.
3. Reference-market catalogue maintenance for all references.
4. Identify and propose improvements and projects to optimize the CPS process and tools.
5. Ensure compliance with established procedures and timings by all CPS participants (Brands, Markets, Operations).
6. Coordinate the cut-off plan for the previous year's promo plan, calculate penalties for products committed but not consumed, and charge the corresponding costs to markets.
7. Coordinate with brands and supply planning for Corporate POS (point of sale material) managed as regular product, ensuring optimal inventory decisions.
Execution
1. Implement improvements and projects to optimize the CPS process and tools.
2. Provide initial and ongoing training for all areas involved in the CPS process (Brands, Markets, Operations).
3. Review and challenge market forecasts proposed through CPS to ensure consistency.
4. Adjust references and quantities for launches, promotional, and advertising products based on changes proposed by brands (Internal Exception Management).
5. Support brands, markets, and operations departments in all functions affected by CPS functionality (CPS quantities to produce or purchase, Exception Management process, catalogue maintenance impacting export and transfer prices, orders generated from CPS, material master data activations, and discontinuations).
Control
1. Challenge markets to take actions to reduce penalties and the corresponding cost of inventory or unnecessary expenses due to advertising products.
2. Follow established controls to ensure accurate procedures are embedded in weekly, monthly, and CPS session-related tasks.

Experience:
1. Previous experience of at least 2 years in collaborative planning, supply chain planning, or similar roles.
2. Project coordination and process improvement experience.
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Master's Degree is a plus.
Languages:
1. Spanish native
2. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential, and other languages can be an advantage depending on the markets involved.
Competencies:
1. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
2. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and propose process improvements.
3. Leadership skills to guide and train teams involved in the CPS process.
4. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in catalog management and forecasting.

3. Knowledge of best practices in inventory management and demand planning.
Specific Knowledge required:
1. Sales and Operations Planning.
2. IBP and SAP knowledge appreciated.
3. Advanced Excel skills and other data analysis tools.
