Job Title : German Business Developer
Location : Barcelona (Hybrid)
Job Type : Full-time
Key Responsibilities :
* Identify and engage potential business opportunities in the German market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
* Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies
* Prepare and present reports to management on sales performance, goals, and forecasts
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Requirements :
* Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency
* Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
