Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
People
1. Work as part of Jet Set Team, providing support for colleagues across the store
2. Take accountability for the personal self evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador
3. Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy
4. Collaborate with management team on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards and selling service
5. Practice and role model the company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior tool kit
Service
1. Lead by example as Jet Set Ambassador to ensure exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
2. Maintain client communication through utilizing all available clienteling apps
3. Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales
4. Maintain floor presence and lead by example
5. Build and maintain good communication with management team to drive store performance
Sales
1. Meet and exceed sales goals holding self accountable for the results
2. Use of Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence
3. Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales
Operations
1. Ensure loss prevention and H&S guidelines are properly followed
2. Ensure VM standards are executed following the guidelines
Highlight the importance of leveraging technology for inventory management, sales analysis, and customer engagement.
Job Requirements:
