MISSION OF THE ROLE
Konecta is currently recruiting Dutch native speaker agent to join the customer service team of an internacional group in our company.
Within this position you will be in charge of the Front and Back office : inbound calls and emails.
REQUIREMENTS
Dutch native speaker
High English or Spanish level for internal communication
Excellent communication skills, both oral and writting
Computer skills
