Account Executive Role
The Account Executive facilitates Microsoft's better service to SMC-Corporate managed clients to realize their potential and help them on their Digital Transformation journey.
This role adds value by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, including building relationships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers' organizations.
The Account Executive must effectively leverage all digital tools and processes available and orchestrate other team members to address customer needs and requirements.
Additionally, the Account Executive engages with Partners to find the best solution to address the customer's needs.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Proficiency in German language
* Sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth or equivalent qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field

Location
This role is based in either Barcelona, Spain or Dublin, Ireland. You must be legally authorized to work in Spain or Ireland to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an Account Executive will include:
* Maintaining strong customer relationships and advocating for customers within the organization/Microsoft
* Surfacing customer organization structure to identify decision makers leveraging partners and v-teams
* Ensuring continuity of customer accounts and monitoring customer satisfaction metrics
* Listening and learning about customer priorities and challenges and consulting on how Microsoft solves those challenges
* Thinking strategically about sales territory for accounts, setting standards and priorities
* Helping existing/new customers to cloud solutions via a cohesive plan across adds, consumption, upsell, cosell motions, and renewal
* Maintaining product, solution, and industry expertise
* Orchestrating specialized resources to engage with customers to provide strong solutions-based and technology-based engagement
