You will join a global multinational with operations in over 40 countries, working with cutting edge technology. The position will primarily be remote or based at the companys headquarters in Sant Cugat, Barcelona. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support decision making at the senior management level. Contribute to the monitoring of investment programs, financial processes, and project performance. Help ensure financial reports align with forecasts and business goals, and assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with other departments to provide insights into financial planning and strategic projects. Support the team in managing financial systems and tools, particularly SAP and EPM (experience with these tools is a plus). Report directly to senior management with regular updates on financial performance and analysis. Provide support in the preparation of presentations for top management, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial data. Assist in various finance related projects, learning to manage and follow up on critical initiatives. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or related fields. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Basic proficiency with financial systems (experience with SAP or EPM is a plus). Proficient in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus but not mandatory.
