Purpose of the Role
To take responsibility for telephone, mail & onsite IT service delivery to end-users and the administrative and organizational follow-up of tickets (incidents, requests & changes) & updating CMDB, to provide fast end-user IT service. The role also includes maintaining the IT-infrastructure and resolving structural problems to ensure continuity and efficiency of the IT-infrastructure.
Requirements
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Platform Tools
* Knowledge of other systems / programs is a plus
* Fluent in Spanish and / or Catalan
* Fluent in English
* Well organized and able to analyze IT problems quickly
* User / client-oriented
* Motivated to help people with IT problems
* Good communicator
* Capable of understanding business impact
* Team player
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in ICT or similar experience
Principal Responsibilities / Tasks
* Offer first line support for incidents to prevent interruptions of IT services
* Use Topdesk as the ITSM tool from Ravago
* Update procedures and configurations to ensure stability within agreed service levels
* Ensure continuous service to guarantee agreed service levels with focus on end-users
* Be responsible for technical realizations and installations / configurations of hardware and software
* Inform, train, and guide end-users for optimal system usage
* Create and update FAQ documentation
* Stay informed about developments in the field to strengthen credibility
