Our client, a leading international company specializing in high-level B2B networking and events, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Austrian market. Based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging senior decision-makers, building strong relationships, and promoting exclusive business events tailored to the Austrian market.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and approach senior executives in Austria, understanding their business needs and offering tailored event solutions.
Consultative Sales: Conduct outbound sales calls and virtual meetings, engaging potential clients through a consultative and value-driven approach.
Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Market Insights & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights to optimize sales strategies for the Austrian market.
What We’re Looking For
2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consultative or solution-based sales.
Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of new business development.
Experience in selling events, conferences, or networking solutions is a plus.
German native level + advanced English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
