About the Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Brand Manager for Spain and Portugal to join our Premium Chocolate Marketing team. In this role, you will manage a selection of our exquisite brands on a daily basis. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, this position offers high visibility within the company and requires a mature profile in terms of both experience and demeanor.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balanced mix of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for formulating the Marketing Strategy for Spain and Portugal, exploring and quantifying business opportunities based on insights from Consumer & Market Research.
Main Responsibilities:
You will manage the SKU catalog, including commercial planning, administrative processes, and operational monitoring. Additionally, you will lead the development of your brand's Media Plan and creative executions, managing agencies to deliver excellent results with limited resources. You will be the main guardian of our brands' image across all media channels (TV, digital, events, in-store, etc.).
As the Brand Owner of your portfolio, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues regarding the brands in Spain and Portugal. You will gain visibility throughout the organization, both nationally and internationally, and manage a wide range of responsibilities. This position does not include product development. You will work at Ferrero Ibérica, a Business Unit of the Ferrero Group.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a similar field. Experience in FMCG and knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets are a plus. Local marketing team experience is valued. You should have intercultural and matrix organization experience, a passion for Ferrero products, and the ambition to grow your career. You should work autonomously, responsibly, and be results-oriented, ambitious, and willing to go the extra mile. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are essential, with additional languages being a plus. Advanced MS Office skills are required.
