An innovative digital services company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join its team. The company develops cutting-edge solutions to streamline operational processes, driving efficiency, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Oversee HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, offboarding, and internal changes.
2. Ensure employment documents and HR practices are compliant with Spanish and Portuguese labor laws.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation to support audits and legal compliance.
4. Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
5. Manage benefits administration, including enrollments and employee support.
6. Support compensation processes such as salary reviews and bonus cycles.
7. Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
8. Maintain and update HR systems and ensure the accuracy of HR data and reports.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and help enhance the employee experience.
10. Contribute to regional and global HR initiatives, including systems upgrades and policy alignment.
Candidate Profile:
1. 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR administration, ideally in Iberia.
2. Strong understanding of employment law and compliance in Spain and Portugal.
3. High level of accuracy in handling HR data, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
5. Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, Jira).
6. Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
8. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
