Responsibilities :
* Lead the design team by setting priorities, distributing tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow within the team.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design efforts with broader marketing goals, providing clear communication and direction to the team.
* Identify opportunities for team growth and process optimization, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
* Design and produce compelling digital marketing materials (80%) and occasional printed materials (20%) for offline events and exhibitions.
* Develop illustrations for posters, t-shirts, and other marketing assets as needed.
* Prepare files for printing, ensuring accuracy and quality in all printed materials.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team, including SMM specialists, PR managers, brand managers, event managers, and marketing specialists.
* Ensure all designs adhere to BGaming's established brand style, guidelines, and brand book, while also contributing to the brand's visual evolution.
* Create high-quality designs for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials, balancing creativity with brand consistency.
* Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, providing creative input and design solutions.
* Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery with minimal iterations.
Requirements :
* Proven experience in a leadership role in graphic design, particularly within a digital context.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
* Ability to draw digital illustrations.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
* Understanding of marketing principles and how design influences audience engagement and brand perception.
Nice to have :
* Experience in the iGaming industry or related fields.
* Proficiency in motion graphics or video editing.
* Understanding of 3D design and modeling.
* Familiarity with UX / UI design principles.
