We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our sustainable multinational company operating in a growing and challenging industry. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate objectives and local labor laws.
* Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
* Provide hands-on support in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
* Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees to ensure a high-performing workforce.
* Utilize advanced Excel skills for HR data analysis and reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the matrix organization to support business goals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management within a multinational matrix organization.
* Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience in labor laws, labor relations and HR compliance.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
