Tasks
* Build, Grow, and Develop a High-Performing Talent Acquisition Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of recruitment professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance, empowering the team to reach their full potential.
* Develop and Optimize Talent Acquisition Processes: Establish and implement efficient TA processes, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the recruitment function. Continuously evaluate and optimize the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a streamlined and scalable approach.
* Data-Driven Recruitment: Lead the transition to a more data-driven Talent Acquisition strategy. Build and maintain dashboards to measure recruitment performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvements and informed decision-making.
* Plan for Future Growth: Design and implement recruitment strategies that are scalable and adaptable for the company’s long-term growth. Ensure that the foundations you build now can support the company’s evolving needs and future talent demands.
Requirements
* Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, focusing on recruiting across various levels, including ICs and Managers
* Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering and keeping an environment where people can thrive and reach their full potential: great people coach, mentor, developer, you know how to give feedback and address difficult conversations

* Experience recruiting for high-volume roles across functions like Sales and Customer Support
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to effectively manage a heavy workload, developing the ability to make quick, smart decisions and automate processes wherever possible
* Scale-up mindset: you don’t get yourself distracted by the noise and lack of visibility. Instead, you know how to read the situations and provide “better done than perfect” solutions, keeping a clear view on the priorities and delivering on time and within the budget
* Experience managing complex searches for leadership roles, working closely with leadership teams
* Strong data-driven approach, with experience using KPIs to track and optimize recruitment performance
