Head of Growth (Ecommerce) en Híbrido.
Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer):
1. Expand to new markets by finding opportunities and researching to ensure smooth adaptation to diverse consumer preferences and market conditions.
2. Continually benchmark against competitors, adjusting tactics and product offerings based on market insights.
3. Implement up and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
4. Oversee promotional activities on digital platforms, providing guidelines, setting limits, and offering feedback to the Marketing Team.
5. Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts with support from the CEO.
6. Define and implement strategies to expand the supplier base and/or open new product categories.
7. Work across teams to ensure seamless strategy implementation and alignment with overall business objectives.
8. Deliver comprehensive performance reports providing actionable insights for strategic adjustments and continuous revenue and margin enhancements.
Requisitos:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business.
2. Background in Business Consulting, Finance, Development, and/or Growth.
3. 3+ years of experience in Business and Strategy in a high-growth environment, ideally e-commerce or online businesses.
4. Strong analytical skills in Business and Marketing, comfortable with various analytical tools.
5. Action-oriented with demonstrated ability in leading teams and conveying complex strategies to various stakeholders, ensuring execution of plans.
6. Knowledgeable about e-commerce trends and challenges.
7. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
