Dynamic Account Manager for Google Project
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven German-Speaking Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona for an exciting Google Project.

About the Role
* Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
* Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling Google products and solutions.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultation and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and product solutions.
* Stay up-to-date with Google’s latest products, features, and market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
* Conduct business reviews with clients, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
* Handle client inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive client success.
Requirements
* Fluent in German (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2+ level).
* Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in account management, business development, or inside sales.
* Experience working with digital marketing, advertising, or tech products is a plus.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to account management.
* Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
